Description
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena from Terrasana is a delicious condiment for your salad, carpaccio (vegan) or grilled or marinated vegetables. Intense, low in calories and super versatile
Indication
Balsamic vinegar is one of the most popular types of vinegar. However, not all balsamic vinegars are created equal. Real balsamic vinegar is made up solely of wine vinegar and grape must. More importantly, the vinegar is made using the traditional Modena method.
The organic grapes used rest on wood for about 60 days to ferment the vinegar and then mature for at least 3 years. That is very long, because only then does the balsamic acquire that authentic and full flavor. The acid content is 6%. That is the official standard for vinegar.
Intake mode
It is recommended to shake before use.
