Description
Instant pot miso soup is made from brown rice miso and barley miso, as well as wakame and kombu seaweed. Brown rice miso has the benefits of brown rice and therefore contains most of the nutrients of this grain.
Indication
Miso is recognized for its multiple benefits: it helps digestion and regenerates the intestinal flora. It is also a detoxifier. The algae provide many vitamins and nutrients such as iron, phosphorus. Wakame seaweed is distinguished by a high calcium content.
Intake mode
