Description
Purasana Sweet Agave Powder is made from the sweet nectar of blue agave that grows in the volcanic soil of southern Mexico. The 136 varieties of agave belong to the Agavaceae family.
Indication
It is very soluble and useful in many dishes and provides a pleasant mouthfeel. It is sweeter than sugar, but its glycemic index is low
Intake mode
It is recommended to use Purasana agave powder, for example, instead of sugar in coffee or tea. Agave powder can also be used in smoothies or cottage cheese.
