Description

Indication

In the container, all kinds of food can be stored under vacuum: fresh, cooked, liquids, creams, delicate foods that we do not want to be crushed when vacuuming, etc. (Unlike bags, in which liquid foods, juices or sauces should not be kept, nor foods that can be deformed by the pressure exerted when making the vacuum, such as cakes, edible flowers or vegetable leaves).

This container is an alternative to vacuum packaging in bags, thus avoiding plastics in the kitchen and the important environmental and health problem they pose.

Intake mode

It is recommended to vacuum preserve the food in this container using the Wendy Premium, Takaje or Takaje Deluxe vacuum sealer, which extracts the air contained in the containers through the valve on the lid and with the help of the tube or cannula that includes the canner.
It is also recommended to use the manual vacuum pump, applying the valve included in the pump and pumping manually.

It can be put in the oven, removing the lid.
