Intake mode

1. Connect the thermostat to the grill plate, making sure there are no gaps, and then plug the appliance into the electrical outlet. The red indicator will light.
2. Set the thermostat to the desired temperature and allow it to preheat for 2-3 minutes. Spread a little oil on the plate and then place the food on it (adjust the thermostat temperature during the process).
3. When you have finished cooking, set the thermostat to position "0" and unplug the appliance from the outlet.
