Description
The suribachi is a ceramic mortar with grooves of Japanese origin that, with the help of the wooden mallet called surikogi, allows you to prepare delicious purees of already cooked cereals and vegetables, or all types of condiments such as, for example, Gomasio.
Intake mode
When using it, it is recommended to mash food with the surikogi, giving it a rotating movement counterclockwise and pressing against the walls of the mortar.
