Visions® Amber ceramic glass casserole, with glass lid. Highly resistant to sudden changes in temperature. 5 liter capacity.

• Vitroceramic glass (Pyroceram), a totally innocuous material, does not release toxic substances when heated, is non-porous, does not absorb odors or flavors from food and is not reactive to acidic foods. It also does not contain heavy metals such as chrome or nickel.

Indication

The Visions ceramic glass casserole is extremely resistant to thermal shock, hence its versatility. It can be taken directly from the refrigerator to the oven, stovetop or microwave, and then into the dishwasher or sink, no matter how hot or cold the casserole is. It can be used on electric, gas or ceramic hobs, although not on induction cookers.

The ceramic glass of the Visions casseroles retains a lot of heat, which allows cooking with less intensity than normal, and thus saving energy. Cooking on low heat prevents food from sticking or burning, and the nutrients in the food are better preserved. In addition, since it is transparent, you can monitor the cooking process at all times, without having to lift the lid.

Visions pans are easy to clean, do not stain or retain odors. They are suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher.

Intake mode

Visions products are not non-stick. For optimal use, it is recommended to heat over low heat for about two minutes before cooking. Preparations should always incorporate liquids or fats.

In case any food has stuck to the base, let it soak in hot water for a while before cleaning. Always wash with a sponge or soft scouring pad.
