Description
Glass steamer or accessory for steam cooking, with lid: to place on 20 or 24 cm pots or pans (there are two sizes of steamer).
Steam cooking is the healthiest cooking method, with the most innocuous material: glass.
This glass steamer is perfect for all vegetables, ideal for cooking fish and white meat in a healthy way.
Indication
Both the food container and the lid are made of Pyrex glass.
It is stackable: if desired, two 24 cm steamers can be used, one on top of the other, or two 20 cm steamers.
Place the perforated accessory on a pot or pan of 20 or 24 cm in diameter, where the water is boiling. You don't need anything else.
Cover and cook for 10-30 minutes, depending on food and size.
Maintain maximum nutrients by not exceeding 100º C in temperature. Likewise, vitamins and minerals are not diluted in the cooking water. Keep all the color, aroma and flavor of the food.
The cooking water can be seasoned with herbs, to add flavour, or you can use a broth.
