Oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPC) are a subclass of flavonoids, polyphenols found in nature at high concentrations in red grape seeds, berries and maritime pine bark.
The OPCs show an excellent antioxidant activity and an accentuated endothelial-protective action useful for promoting the regular functionality of the cardiovascular and microcirculatory systems, with beneficial effects on swelling and water retention, especially of the legs.
How to take OPC Complex?
It is recommended to take 1-2 capsules a day with water during meals.
