How to take Propolis mother tincture?

It is recommended to take as a food supplement: 1 pipette of mother tincture (one pressure is enough) 1 to 4 times a day, in the morning, to place on a piece of bread, a spoon of honey, a piece of brown sugar or simply mix in a glass of water. You can also consume it throughout the day by adding 1 to 4 pipettes in a bottle of water. Stir vigorously. 1 month supplementation period, to be renewed if necessary.

For the oral sphere: 1 pipette of mother tincture (one pressure is enough) mixed in a glass of water, to be used as a gargle.
