How to take Osteo Flex Omega 3?

It is recommended to ingest in adults and children over 12 years, one tablet and one capsule daily with food.

Precautions

Diabetics should consult a doctor before taking this supplement.

Composition of Osteo Flex Omega 3

Omega-3 Capsules: Concentrated Fish Oil, Capsule Shell [gelling agent (gelatine), humectant (glycerol, purified water), emulsifier (pectin), firming agent (calcium chloride)], Natural Vitamin E** (d-alpha tocopherol). ** from soybean.

  • Per 1 capsule: Concentrated fish oil 1250 mg, of which EPA 425 MG, DHA 325 mg, omega 3 polyunsaturated 750 mg, vitamin E 7.5 mg.

Osteoflex Tablets: Glucosamine Sulphate (2KCl), Chondroitin Sulphate, Bulking Agent (di-calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose), Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), Stabilizer (croscarmellose sodium), Anti-caking Agent (silicon dioxide, veg. magnesium stearate), Manganese Gluconate, Binding Agent [polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP)], Glazing Agent [(hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose (HPMC)], Turmeric Root Standardized Extract (10:1).

  • Per 1 tablet: Glucosamine sulfate 500 mg of which Free glucosamine (from shellfish) 390 mg, chondroitin sulfate 400 mg, vitamin C 100 mg, manganese 2 mg, turmeric powder 100 mg.
