Perilla vegetable oil from the seeds

The organic virgin oil of Perilla seeds, extracted by first cold pressing, represents an excellent source of polyunsaturated fatty acids. Perilla seed oil, compared to other vegetable oils, is the richest source of omega 3 fatty acids: alpha-linolenic acid (64%). It also provides fatty acids in omega 6: linoleic acid, and in omega 9: oleic acid
