Pure Encapsulations Bromelain contains bromelain proteolytic enzyme. Bromelain (or bromelain) is an enzyme with a proteolytic action that is naturally present in the stems of fresh pineapple.
Properties and benefits of bromelain
500 mg of bromelain per capsule, with enzymatic activity expressed in Gelatin Digestive Units (GDU) per gram. GDUs provide information about the potency of the product.
How to take bromelain?
1-4 capsules throughout the day, with or between meals.
Precautions
Do not take during pregnancy or lactation. It should not be consumed by children. Do not take in case of hypersensitivity to pineapple. If you have clotting problems or are taking blood thinners (such as heparin or coumarins), have any health problems, or are taking any medications, consult your health care professional before using this supplement.
