How to take Fost print zero?

Take one vial a day, directly or diluted in a glass of water or fruit juice and drink immediately. Shake it before using.

VIAL OPENING SYSTEM:

Keep upright.

1- Break and remove the security seal.

2- Screw the cap up to its limit. The seal will break and the contents of the capsule will fall into the vial.

3- Shake the vial insistently to achieve a perfect dissolution of the mixture.

4- Unscrew the cap and drink directly or diluted in water or juices.
