How to take Nutrikings Lax?

It is recommended to take before bedtime:
3 months to 3 years: 5 ml
3 years to 6 years: 10 ml
From 6 years: 20 ml

Composition of Nutrikings Lax

For 5 ml:

Pippin Apple Concentrate Extract (135 mg), Plum Concentrate Extract (100 mg), Rhubarb Concentrate Extract (11.73 mg).
