    I chose this product because pineapple helps to eliminate excess fluids and during the diet it was recommended to me by the nutritionist. It certainly helps but you have to be consistent.

How to take Pineapple?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule before breakfast, 2 capsules before lunch, 2 capsules before dinner.

Precautions

Occasionally it can cause gastrointestinal irritation. It can cause allergic reactions in susceptible individuals. It should not be consumed together with anticoagulants. Plasma and urinary levels of tetracyclines appear increased during concomitant consumption.
