Description
Shatavari also known as Indian asparagus belongs to the Asparagaceae family. Shatavari is the Sanskrit name of Asparagus Racemosus which literally means "She who has a hundred husbands" as it improves fertility. Known in traditional Ayurvedic medicine for its toning and invigorating effects (Rasayana).
How to take Shatavari Powder?
We recommend taking 1/2 teaspoon (1.5 g) up to 2 teaspoons (6 g) per day in a cup of hot water, vegetable drinks, juices or smoothies.
