How to take Tonic'potion propolis, honey, ginger, acerola & pollen?

It is advisable to take it punctually according to your needs, during periods of loss of energy or intense activity. Every morning, dilute an ampoule in half a glass of water. Shake well before use, some active ingredients having a tendency to settle.
