    This product must be taken on an empty stomach and in hot water. Personally, I don't like the taste at all (it tastes like chamomile) but it is necessary for me to continue my treatment. I haven't finished yet so I can't assess if it works or not but I do feel better.

    Este producto hay que tomarlo en ayunas y en agua caliente. Personalmente no me gusta nada el sabor (sabe como a manzanilla) pero a mi me es necesario para seguir mi tratamiento. Aún no he terminado así que no puedo valorar si funciona o no pero sí que me encuentro mejor.

How to take Markofruct?

Adults and children from 11 years of age: dissolve the content of 1 or 2 sachets in sufficient quantity of hot water in the morning before breakfast and in the evening after the last meal. It is recommended that children 3-10 years old take a maximum of the contents of one sachet 2 times a day, and children 1-2 years old, 1 time a day the content of one sachet, dissolved in sufficient quantity of hot water
