Description
Omega 3-6-9, a combination of the three essential fatty acids, Omega-3s rich in EPA and DHA, are found naturally in fish oils such as salmon, trout, sturgeon and herring.
Omega -6, its main component, the linoleic acid GLA, present here in evening primrose oil, Omega-9 corresponds to the type of linoleic fatty acids ALA, here present in flax oil, it is accompanied with Vitamin E as an antioxidant.
