• Gastro-resistant tablet 1 (orange): Contains vitamin D that contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.
• Immediate release tablets 2 and 3 (yellow): Contain Echinan 4P, extract of narrow-leaf echinacea, the most difficult to grow and historically most valuable. Echinan 4P is traditionally known for its immune-friendly properties.
• Sustained release tablet 4 (brown): Contains zinc and selenium, which contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system and protect cells against oxidative damage.

How to take Vitalynk efficaps immune system defenses?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day in the morning with breakfast.
