Poria Bio by Longlife is a poria food supplement titrated to 30% in polysaccharides and 15% in β (1,3-1,6) -D-glucans, from organic farming.
Properties and benefits of Bio Poria
The poria (Poria cocos), which in Japanese is called bukuryo, is a saprophyte mushroom that grows in different species of pine and other conifers, commonly spread in China, Japan, Korea and North America.
Also known as Indian bread or Wolfporia cocos, it seems to favor the elimination of urinary and faecal waste products and has beneficial effects on diuresis and on the kidney.
Furthermore, antioxidant, anti-hyperglycemic and anti-aging activities have been observed.
The interest in the use of mushrooms is linked to the presence of high molecular weight polysaccharides, in particular β (1,3-1,6) -D-glucans.
According to numerous studies, the polysaccharides contained in the cell wall of the fungi show metabolic and cardiovascular effects and promising ability to influence the activity of the immune system.
How to take Bio Poria?
