How to take Plesinox 3a helps your defenses?

It is recommended to take one capsule in the morning and one at night in the acute phase. In periods in which the patient is in the post-acute phase, it is recommended to supply one capsule a day for 1-2 months.

Dry extract of polypodium leucotomos rhizome of which quinic acid (9%), Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), Anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), Retinyl palmitate (vitamin A ), Sodium selenite, Capsule (glazing agent hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), Colorants (chlorophyll cupric complex, titanium dioxide).

Vitamin C (80 mg), Vitamin A (800 mcg), Selenium (55 mcg), Polypodium leucotomos extract (480 mg), Quinic acid (59 mg).
