Properties and benefits of Cat's Claw

Cat's claw is a climbing plant of the Rubiaceae family. It is native to Peru and owes its name to the peculiar shape of the stingers at the base of the leaves. The active part of this herb is the bark, which contains oxindole alkaloids (dihydrocorinantein, isorinophyllin, pteropodin, mitrafillin, rhinophyllin, speciofilin, hirsutin, isomitrafilin, N-oxide-isomitrafillin, N-oxide-dihydrocorinantein, N-oxide-hirocarinantein, N-oxide-hirocarinantein, N-oxide-hirsutin F and yohimbine); Indole alkaloids, quinovic heterosides, triterpenes, steroids, polyphenols, and proanthocyanidins.
The immunostimulating effect is based on the regulation of the proliferation of lymphocytes. Recovery of impaired memory: due to the effect of total alkaloids (mainly oxindolics). Stimulates DNA repair, the mitogenic response.

How to take Cat's Claw?

It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day, in the morning and in the evening.
