Description
Echinacea is packed with antioxidants! You may recognize its spiky head and purple petals in area gardens, but it's been used for hundreds of years as an immune-boosting herb, thanks to its naturally occurring polysaccharides, alkamides and flavonoids.
How to take Echinacea?
It is recommended to take one capsule three times per day with water and food. Limit use to eight consecutive weeks. Use periodically for a few weeks at a time (for maintenance purposes).
