Laurel Essential Oil Bio releases a characteristic fresh and woody scent when the bay leaves are crumpled. It is primarily exported by Turkey and also abounds in the former Yugoslavia.

Native to southern Europe and the Middle East, laurel is a perennial shrub with evergreen foliage that can reach 6 meters in height.
In the Middle Ages, students who passed their exams were crowned with laurel branches on which berries were left ("bacca laurea"), hence the French term "baccalaureate"!
How to take Laurel essential oil bio?
It is recommended to take a maximum of 2 drops of noble laurel essential oil 3 times a day on a neutral Puressentiel tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, or 1/4 sugar). Do not use pure laurel essential oil without support, or mixed with water.

Equivalence: 1ml = 33 drops.
