How to take Lavender essential oil bio?

It is recommended to take a maximum of 2 drops of true lavender essential oil 3 times a day (i.e. 0.19 ml) on a Puressentiel neutral tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, or 1/4 of sugar ). Do not use pure true lavender essential oil without carrier, nor mixed with water. Equivalence: 1ml = 31 drops.

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The essential oil of true lavender is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use in children under 7 years old, in pregnant or breastfeeding women, in people with a history of convulsive or epileptic disorders and in people allergic to essential oils.
