Lemongrass Essential Oil Bio has a fresh, lemony scent. The lemongrass also called Indian verbena, is a very widespread species in tropical Asia, it is found in India, Sri Lanka and Vietnam.

Properties and benefits of Lemongrass essential oil bio

It comes in the form of a large perennial grass of about 1.50 meters. It grows in "dense tufts" of many stiff, sharp, linear leaves, from 30 centimeters to 1 meter long.
Its leaves give off a strongly lemony scent when crumpled: this is what lemongrass owes its other name of "Indian verbena", although it has nothing to do with verbena.

How to take Lemongrass essential oil bio?

It is recommended to take a maximum of 2 drops of lemongrass essential oil 3 times a day (i.e. 0.21 ml) on a Puressentiel neutral tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, or 1/4 sugar). Equivalence: 1ml = 28 drops.

Keep out of the reach of children.
