    I use it together with the lemon ae and the eucalyptus ae with the diffuser when there is some seasonal allergy, it cleans the environment, I like it a lot!!

Niaouli Essential Oil Bio has a strong fragrance with notes of eucalyptus. The tree is exploited in New Caledonia and especially in Madagascar.

Properties and benefits of Niaouli essential oil bio

The soft and clear bark of this tree close to eucalyptus, native to New Caledonia and Australia, tears off easily, like paper, hence its nickname "skin" tree.
The Kanaks have always wrapped newborns in niaouli bark to protect them and give them strength. Today, in New Caledonia, it is still used in decoction to treat rheumatic pains, aches and colds.

How to take Niaouli essential oil bio?

It is recommended to take a maximum of 2 drops of Niaouli essential oil 3 times a day on a neutral Puressentiel tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, or 1/4 sugar). Do not use pure Niaouli essential oil without support, or mixed with water.
For other advice on use, ask your pharmacist for advice.
Equivalence: 1ml = 31 drops.

Keep out of the reach of children. Dietary supplement. Niaouli essential oil is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Respect the recommended doses. As a precaution, do not use in children under 7 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with epilepsy, with a history of convulsions or allergies.
