Properties and benefits of Orange Essential Oil

Colorless and colorless in appearance, yellow to dark yellow to orange. With a characteristic citric flavor, fresh and intense.

It belongs to the Rutáceas family, it is a medium-sized tree, 3 to 5 meters high, with a rounded crown and regular branches. A single trunk, straight and cylindrical, greenish first and gray later. The branches appear one meter or so above the ground. Orange trees originate from India, Pakistan, Vietnam, and southeastern China and were brought to the West by the Arabs.

Oranges, thanks to their pleasant flavor and refreshing properties, constitute one of the main table fruits. They are very popular and consumed by the entire population. Orange essential oil enhances the flavors of drinks and desserts.

How to take Orange Essential Oil?

It is recommended to always take diluted in 250 g of food (juice, infusion, salad, ...).
