Native to India and Nepal, palmarosa is also planted in Pakistan, Indonesia, Brazil, Madagascar and Comoros.
Palmarosa has been used for millennia by Indian Ayurvedic medicine, especially for its tonic and healing properties.
How to take Palmarosa essential oil bio?
It is recommended to take a maximum of 2 drops of Palmarosa essential oil 3 times a day on a neutral Puressentiel tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, or 1/4 sugar). Do not use pure Palmarosa essential oil without support, or mixed with water.

Equivalence: 1ml = 31 drops.
