What is Pranarom peppermint essential oil?
Pranarom peppermint essential oil is extracted by water vapor distillation from the leaves of peppermint, a plant of the Lamiaceae family. It is an oil with a fine consistency, with a color ranging from transparent to yellowish and with a sweet and refreshing mint scent. The peppermint plants used by Pranarom come from selected crops in India.
What are the properties of Pranarom peppermint essential oil?
Peppermint essential oil is a very powerful essential oil, it has anti-inflammatory , antifungal, antiviral, antispasmodic and tonic properties for the liver. It is useful for supporting the health of the respiratory system, digestion, circulation, as well as for giving mental clarity.
How do you use Pranarom peppermint essential oil?
For external and cosmetic use , it can be used diluted in water, creams or oils and can be used for:

Contraindications and warnings
It is important never to exceed the recommended dose of this essential oil because large quantities of menthol (contained in this essential oil) can be very harmful to the body.
