Peppermint Essential Oil Bio has a very fascinating due to the presence of menthol odor. This small perennial plant is cultivated all over the world, especially in India, Morocco, Europe and North America.

Properties and benefits of Peppermint essential oil bio

The United States is the leading producer of essential oil. France produces little... but it is of excellent quality.
According to Greek mythology, the nymph Minthe was transformed, by female jealousy, into a flower with a peppery scent, hence its name! The oldest traces of this variety of mint date back to the first millennium BC, in Egypt.

How to take Peppermint essential oil bio?

It is recommended to take a maximum of 2 drops of peppermint essential oil 3 times a day on a neutral Puressentiel tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, or 1/4 sugar). Do not use pure peppermint essential oil without carrier, or mixed with water.
For other advice on use, ask your pharmacist for advice.
Equivalence: 1ml = 32 drops (for 10ml).
Equivalence: 1ml = 31 drops (for 30ml).

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Peppermint essential oil is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use in children under 7 years old, in pregnant or breastfeeding women, in people with a history of convulsive or epileptic disorders and in people allergic to essential oils. For people undergoing medical treatment and for children over 7 years old, contact a health specialist.

Storage conditions

Store away from light, air and heat.
