Properties and benefits of Ravintsara Essential Oil

This essential oil is HEBBD (essential oil defined botanically and biochemically).

How to take Ravintsara Essential Oil?

It is recommended to take a maximum of 2 drops of ravintsara essential oil 3 times a day in a neutral Puressentiel tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil or 1/4 sugar). Do not use pure essential oil of ravintsara unsupported or mixed with water.

Precautions

Dietary supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosis. Ravintsara essential oil is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use in children under 7 years of age, in pregnant or lactating women, in people with a history of seizure or epileptic disorders and in people allergic to essential oils.
