How to take Rosemary essential oil?
It is advisable to use orally: 1 drop of essential oil 1 to 3 times a day mixed with a teaspoon of olive oil. They can also be dissolved in an edible vegetable oil at the rate of 30 drops for 30 ml of vegetable oil and take 1 ml of the mixture 3 times a day.
