Description

This complex blends the essential oils of clementine, noble chamomile, lavender and lemon balm, all of which are well known. Their actions complement each other to act in synergy. This mixture is made on a Perilla oil base rich in omega 3.

Perilla vegetable oil from the seeds The organic virgin oil from Perilla seeds, extracted by first cold pressing, represents an excellent source of polyunsaturated fatty acids. Perilla seed oil, compared to other vegetable oils, is the richest source of omega 3 fatty acids: alpha-linolenic acid (64%). It also provides fatty acids in omega 6: linoleic acid, and in omega 9: oleic acid. Our ancestors had a diet that maintained an equal ratio between omegas 3 and 6. Modern eating habits have led to an imbalance in this balance between omegas 3 and 6, with a contribution 20 times higher in omega 6. Maintenance program: 2 capsules per day 1 hour before bedtime.

Attack program: 6 capsules per day 1 hour before going to bed.

It is suggested to start with 6 capsules / day and then adjust as needed

Precautions
