Properties and benefits of Poliherbo
Gentian is considered an excellent stomach tonic, a property that is applied to stimulate the appetite. Oat grains have a toning and balancing effect on the nervous system. Agrimony stimulates the appetite, due to the presence of gallic and cathechic tannins. The Quercus genus is very rich in tannins so it is used as an aperitif. Wormwood also acts as a stimulant, appetizer, digestive and combats nervous dyspepsia. Centaurea and Chicory are used as stomachic, choleretic, and appetite stimulants. The Cardo Santo is also attributed with aperitif and tonic properties. The Artichoke acts on the liver and favors the secretion of bile. Dandelion contains bitter substances, and is therefore used as a tonic. The silymarin of Milk Thistle is capable of stimulating the regeneration of damaged liver cells. Birch for its bitter principles stimulates the appetite.
How to take Poliherbo?
Boiling is recommended. Let stand in the covered container, until tempered. Strain. Honey or sugar can be added if desired. Take preferably after meals.
