It provides several types of proteins, the protein matrix of HYDROLEAN PROTEIN, the main one being a hydrolyzed whey protein, whey concentrate and a mixture of whey isolate with micellar casein. With double creatine to help improve ATP levels, led by Kreagenic which is alkaline and does not break down or convert to creatinine. 5000mg. of added L-Glutamine, high levels of BCAA and HMB as two very effective anti-catabolics and muscle recovery.
