In 1973 , Dr. Daniel Hausmann Montaner created the Aquilea brand. His goal was to offer people a personal care alternative that would help improve their quality of life. He oriented the concept of medicinal herb towards a scientific field and managed to lay the foundations for the development of formulas based on medicinal plants.
2005: Uriach, a new era
Aquilea becomes part of Uriach, a pharmaceutical company dedicated to improving the health, quality of life and well-being of people around the world. At this moment the brand is propelled towards a new and promising future.
