How to apply Himalayan salt and lavender pad?

It is recommended to place on the turntable of the microwave. The first time and as a reference, heat for periods of 30 seconds until the desired temperature is reached. Total time should not exceed 2 minutes.
For cold use: Place in a zip-lock bag, inside the freezer until the desired temperature is reached.
