Properties and benefits of Black Spruce Essential Oil

It has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antifungal and expectorant properties. Ideal in case of colds, sinusitis, bronchitis or rheumatism.

How to apply Black Spruce Essential Oil?

It is recommended for plaque sclerosis combining 6 drops Black Spruce + 5 drops Ravintsara + 4 drops Jara. On a base of 30ml of sweet almond vegetable oil. Massage into the spine once or twice a day.

Precautions

Do not use during pregnancy and lactation. Do not use in case of epilepsy. Do not use in the elderly or children under 6 years.
