How to apply Eyebrow and eyelash serum?

It is recommended to use it twice a day, morning and night, apply outlining the eyebrows in the same direction as the hair and at the base of the eyelashes (eyeliner mode) avoiding contact with the eyes. Do not apply more amount than necessary.
