Sinus rinse refil

Description

Sinus Rinse is a soothing saline nasal wash. High volume, low positive pressure nasal wash, the most effective way to irrigate the nose based on current medical studies. Nasal irrigation is an excellent way to clear mucus from the nose, making the action of the medication easier and more effective.

How to apply Sinus rinse refil?

It is recommended to fill the clean jar with the designated volume of warm distilled, filtered or pre-boiled water. Cut the top of the sachet with mixture and pour its contents into the bottle. Tighten the bottle cap and tube securely. Place a finger on the tip of the cap and shake the bottle gently to dissolve the mixture.

Keeping your mouth open and without holding your breath, place the tip of the device comfortably against your nostril. Press the bottle gently until the solution begins to empty through the opposite nostril. Some may drain through the mouth. For proper rinsing, continue squeezing the bottle gently until at least a quarter or half a bottle has been used. Do not swallow the solution.

Precautions

For your safety, do not use potable tap water to dissolve the mixture unless it has been previously boiled for five minutes or more, as boiling sterilizes the water. Other options are distilled, micro-filtered (through 0.2 microns), commercially or bottled, as mentioned above, previously boiled, but warm or at body temperature.
