Description
Priméal France chickpea flour is a flour ground in France from whole chickpeas. Fine grind and very sweet flavor. It is mainly used for the production of "panisses", specialties from the south of France.
Intake mode
It is recommended to pour 1 volume of flour in rain in 3 to 4 volumes of cold water, bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes, stirring, then salt. Pour the hot porridge into a cake pan. Once cooled, cut the dough into slices and brown them in the pan.
