This flour has a light coconut taste and with its fineness it works very well for making desserts, sweets and savory dishes. It just needs more water and since it doesn't contain gluten it doesn't stick. But in my opinion it does not go well with meat even if they are exotic (hot, spicy). It is very rich in fiber (more than flax seeds) and that is why it is perfect for making us satisfied with food, good for the intestinal flora. For me I always want it on hand when I make something to eat. I recommend it 100% :-)
Esa harina tiene un gusto ligero a coco y con su finura sirve muy bien para hacer postres, dulces y platos salados. Solonecesita más agua y desde que no contiene gluten no se pega. Pero en mi opinión no conviene bien con la carne aúnque sean exoticos (piquantes, especiados). Es muy rica en fibras (más que las semillas de lino) y por eso es perfecta para hacernos satisfechos con la comida, buena para la flor intestinal. Para mi la quiero siempre a mano cuando hago algo de comer. La recomiendo al 100% :-)

It improves digestion by slowing it down and thus improving the absorption of nutrients (thus making us more satisfied with what we eat). I have read that it reduces the risk of having cancer and also lowers glucose peaks, slowing down digestion, for those who have diabetes... Well, I like it a lot, also for making raw cakes (it is also valid for baking but in this case there is You have to mix 50/50 with cereal flour because coconut flour does not contain any gluten). I highly recommend it to all those who appreciate the taste of coconut.
Super o de verdad: nada que criticar con esa harina. La pongo en mi comida y siempre da un super gusto. Diría aún que muchas veces mejora el plato ;-) Lo utiliso porque es un fuente importante de fibras que ayudan en caso de muchas enfermedades (o para mantener la salud. Mejora la digestion ralentizándola y así mejorando la absorción de los nutrientes (asi nos hace más satisfechos con lo que comemos). He leído que disminuye los riesgos de tener cancer... y baja también los picos de glucosa ralentisando la digestión, para quién tiene diabetes... Y otros ventajas que he olvidado. Pues a mi me gusta mucho, también para hacer pasteles crudos (también vale para hornear pero en este caso hay que mesclar 50/50 con harina de cereales porque la coco no contiene ningun gluten). La recomiendo mucho a todos los que estiman el gusto de la coco.
