Indication

Organic barley flour helps regulate the level of glucose in the blood. It provides a greater amount of energy compared to other flours such as wheat, oats or corn. It improves the appearance of the skin as well as the health of the nervous system due to its vitamin B3 content. It has a high level of fiber, so it relieves constipation problems.

Intake mode

It is recommended to easily add to purees, porridge or as a replacement for flours from other cereals, such as wheat. It is ideal for making an infinite range of flat breads.

Precautions
