Description
Our pancakes are extremely versatile, as they can be used for both sweet and savory recipes.
Unleash your imagination by combining them with fruits, both fresh and dehydrated, jams, etc ... or adding natural flavorings to the dough such as: cocoa powder, matcha powder, beet powder ... If you want them salty, you can use a vegetable drink without sugar or vegetable broth.
Indication
Example of Standard Recipe:
(For approx. 12 pancakes) What you need to add:
-200 ml of drink or vegetable broth.
-Add a few drops of olive or coconut oil to the pan.
-132 g of this pancake mix
Intake mode
Put the dry ingredients in a bowl and add the milk or the vegetable broth.
Mix well until you get a paste and let stand about 10 minutes minimum (15 min. If prepared with vegetables).
Heat a few drops of oil in a frying pan over medium heat and pour two tablespoons of the dough.
When bubbles begin to form let the base set and turn it over. Cook on the other side. Remove and serve.
Suggestions : Once made, you can add syrups, jams, fruits, chocolate, etc, or use them as a base to take with vegetable pates, vegetables ...
