    Let's see, this flour is very expensive, but it is to be used for special and specific things. The mixture is super well balanced and the flavor of both flours is well noticeable. I only recommend it for pastries, biscuits, panellets, cokes, etc.

    A ver, es muy cara esta harina, pero es para usarla en cosas especiales y puntuales. La mezcla esta super bien equilibrada y se nota bien el sabor de ambas harinas. Lo recomiendo solamente para reposteria, bizcochitos, panellets, cocas, etc.
