    I bought it to make gluten-free biscuits together with buckwheat flour and I am very happy. It spreads a lot and they turn out very well, better than I expected. I will buy it again.

    La he comprado para hacer bizcochos sin gluten junto a la harina de trigo sarraceno y estoy muy contenta. Cunde mucho y salen muy bien, mejor de lo que esperaba. La volveré a comprar. Como detalle, la bolsa es tan fina que llegó rota, creo que deberían tenerlo en cuenta a la hora de meterla en los paquetes para ponerle un papel grueso alrededor que sirva de protección.
