It makes gluten-free bread very well. I liked it a lot, and it was quite well priced, considering what these types of starches are. I will buy it again for sure.

Hace muy bien pan sin gluten. Me ha gustado mucho, y bastante bien precio, dentro de lo que son este tipo de almidones. Volveré a compralo seguro.

Description

Bioprasad tapioca or also called cassava starch, has a slightly sweet taste. It is an excellent source of magnesium, potassium, calcium, iron, vitamins B2, B6 and C.

Intake mode

It can be used as a substitute for flour in gluten-free baking. Incorporating tapioca flour into your bread dough promotes a crispy crust and a very nice chewy texture to the bread.

On the other hand, tapicoa is particularly fine and soft, so that sauces and soups can be perfectly thickened and obtain a creamy texture.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place.

Ingredients

Cassava flour (Manihot esculenta). *100% Organic Agriculture. Precooked sweet variety.
